Hope everyone made it through the storm okay! Power outages and tornadoes are not fun…
The good news is, we’re coming up on Memorial Day Weekend and there are plenty of bands to ring it in. You’ll find a few highlights below:
Feid - a songwriter, producer, and rising Reggaeton artist, Feid will be taking over the stage at the Toyota Center on Friday. His latest album includes elements of dancehall, Afrobeat, and EDM.
Alien Ant Farm - if you’re not familiar with the alt-metal band, you may know the song from this time capsule of a music video (2001).
Motown & More - this fun free event, Friday and Saturday at Miller Outdoor Theater, is so popular they’re instituting a lottery for tickets.
Cecile McLorin Salvant - this Miami-born French-speaking jazz artist, trained in Aix-En-Provence, France, is the winner of three Grammy awards and will be playing a free event at Discovery Green on Sunday.
